Strategic contributions

Sustainability and funding

We distribute no dividends, but we need resources for operations and development.

• Help us find funding models that do not compromise our privacy policy.
• Identify cost-effective solutions for operations and infrastructure.

Growth and partnerships

• How do we reach all of Sweden in an effective way?
• Help us connect with municipalities, civil society organisations and other stakeholders.
• Build the brand around safety and community.

Organisation and governance

• Help set up an effective organisational structure.
• Coach the team in agile working methods and goal-oriented management.
