Code of Conduct

To create a welcoming and effective environment, the following rules apply to everyone who participates in the Covey project:

1. Respect

We maintain a respectful tone. No personal attacks or discrimination are tolerated. We support each other and treat one another with dignity.

2. Safety first

No code that compromises user privacy or safety will be accepted. Protecting our users is always our highest priority.

3. Transparency

All decisions are made openly. Our source code is open, our discussions are public and our finances are transparent.

4. Quality

We prioritise performance and resource efficiency to include users with older hardware. Covey should work for everyone, not just those with the latest technology.

5. Licensing

All contributions are made under the project's open-source licence. By contributing, you agree that your work is shared under the same terms.
